This application is an internal business tool operated by BD Stone LLC dba Terra Stoneworks and Terra Stoneworks South LLC ("Terra Stoneworks"). It is licensed for use only by Terra Stoneworks personnel authorized by management.

1. License. Authorized users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the application for Terra Stoneworks internal business purposes only.

2. Restrictions. Users may not share access credentials, use the application for any purpose other than Terra Stoneworks business, or disclose data from the application outside Terra Stoneworks except as authorized by management.

3. Data. All data displayed in the application is the property of Terra Stoneworks or is used under license from its source

systems. Users acquire no rights in the data.

4. No warranty. The application is provided as is for internal use, without warranties of any kind.

5. Termination. Access may be revoked by Terra Stoneworks management at any time.
