Terra Stoneworks Dashboard

The Terra Stoneworks Dashboard is an internal business analytics application operated by BD Stone LLC dba Terra Stoneworks and Terra Stoneworks South LLC (together, "Terra Stoneworks", "we", "us"). It is used solely by Terra Stoneworks management and staff. It is not offered to the public and has no external users.

 

What the application does. The application connects to business systems used by Terra Stoneworks, including QuickBooks Online, to retrieve accounting and operational records for internal reporting and analysis. Access is read only. The application does not modify records in any connected system.

Information we collect. Through its connections, the application retrieves business records such as invoices, bills, vendor and customer names, account balances, payroll hours, and job records. This information relates to the business operations of Terra Stoneworks and its counterparties. The application does not collect information about members of the public and does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics services. 

 

How information is used. Retrieved information is used exclusively for internal financial and operational reporting for Terra Stoneworks management. It is not sold, rented, shared with third parties, or used for marketing. 

 

Storage and security. Retrieved information is stored on systems controlled by Terra Stoneworks. Access is limited to authorized Terra Stoneworks personnel. Connection credentials are stored securely and are not shared.

Data retention. Information is retained for as long as it is needed for internal reporting and business record purposes.

Third parties. The application does not transmit retrieved information to any third party service.
